Delta Challenge Launchpad 2026
On 1 August 2026, the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC) and the Singapore Police Force kicked off Delta Challenge 2026 with an exciting Launchpad at Amara Singapore, bringing together youths who are passionate about tackling real-world crime and safety issues.
The Launchpad provided youths with a valuable opportunity to hear from experts, exchange ideas and get a closer look at the challenges facing our community. Through interactive sharing sessions and discussions, participants gained deeper insights on crime-related issues and explored practical ways to help prevent and combat them.
Guest speakers also shared valuable insights into the two challenge tracks, Art Against Scams and Guardians of Tomorrow, highlighting the key issues each track seeks to address and equipping participants with ideas to develop impactful solutions.

Participants also took part in hands-on workshops led by industry experts, where they had the opportunity to sharpen their ideas, strengthen their concepts and explore creative ways to bring their designs to life. The sessions gave them practical tips and feedback to turn their ideas into stronger, more impactful submissions.
The Delta Challenge comprises of two exciting tracks:
Track A: Art Against Shop Theft – Unleash your creativity for a cause! Design a poster or other collateral to raise awareness about shop theft prevention. Selected designs will be transformed into actual campaign materials and showcased to the public, turning your creativity into a powerful tool for crime prevention education.
Track B: Guardians of Tomorrow – Got a bold idea? Share your innovative solutions to address key crime prevention issues. Selected proposals may receive a grant of up to $5,000 to bring your vision to life and create a meaningful impact in the community
